About Coach Rivera

With more than 30 years of experience in boxing and athletic development, Coach Rivera has dedicated his life to training, mentoring, and developing both amateur and professional athletes. He began training and coaching at the age of seventeen and has since built a reputation for discipline, technical precision, and results-driven performance.

As a competitive boxer for over a decade, Coach Rivera compiled 34 fights and competed at 139 lbs and 147 lbs. He is a Golden Gloves competitor who fought four times at Madison Square Garden and represented the United States as a member of the U.S. Team. His competition history includes major events in Baltimore and New York City, where he tested himself against elite-level opponents.

In addition to his boxing credentials, Coach Rivera founded and operated Rivera Boxing in Brooklyn for four years, building a respected training environment.
